UNLV to use StatMonitr in 2013-14

LAS VEGAS, NEV. -- UNLV and StatBroadcast agreed to terms today to use the StatMonitr media stats system at the school's athletic events throughout 2013-14.

UNLV is a public university located in Paradise, Nevada, approximately 1.5 miles east of the Las Vegas Strip. Founded in 1957, UNLV now boasts an enrollment of more than 23,000 students. The UNLV Rebels compete in 17 varsity sports at the Division I FBS level and are members of the Mountain West Conference. The Runnin' Rebels basketball team has one of the highest winning percentage in Divison I history and has made four appearances in the Final Four, including winning the 1990 championship. The Rebels have also won 12 conference championships and made 20 appearances in the tournament, including four consecutive.

UNLV is the eighth member of the Mountain West Conference to partner with StatBroadcst and the first school from the state of Nevada.
